In my experience, problems arise when the ways we cope with life's challenges are no longer effective or are inhibiting the growth we desire. By identifying these behaviors and understanding the beliefs that are driving them, I can help you resolve issues that impede your progress and promote personal growth.

Psychotherapy can give you the power to cope in a healthy way and feel better about yourself and your life. 

 

I work with adolescents and adults to address and resolve emotional difficulties including feelings of dissatisfaction, doubt, anxiety and/or depression, relationship conflicts and any other persistent negative feelings or behaviors that impede growth.
