About Me

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Connecticut and New York.

I earned both my doctorate and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, and an undergraduate degree from UCLA.

My experience in this field spans 20 years and many diverse clinical settings. Prior to starting my private practice in Westport, CT, I served as Director of Substance Abuse Services at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York where I successfully ran four units. I also served as Clinical Coordinator and Senior Psychologist on several acute units at Interfaith Medical Center.  My work with adolescents has covered the same span of time in equally diverse settings- the adolescent outpatient clinic at Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx, an alternative high school for adolescents in the probation system in California, and an outpatient clinic for children and adolescents in the foster care system.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, Connecticut Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and the New York State and Connecticut Psychological Associations. I am actively engaged in the ongoing endeavor of continuing my post-graduate education through seminars, conferences, and several post-graduate programs.
